As the real estate sites on the internet grow and provide more resources, the way we do real estate will change. Whether these changes will be for the good and exactly what the changes will be, is yet to be seen.
As a real estate broker, I am watching these trends with interest. As a real estate broker that offers Flat Fee MLS listings, I am even more intrigued.
The part that the average real estate agent plays will change and continue to evolve even further. I think sellers will be more apt to try to sell "for sale by owner", while buyers will still, more frequently, use an agent.
